Using the service

The free tools are provided for general informational use. Optional paid products are described below. You are responsible for your inputs and for checking whether the results suit your circumstances. Do not use the service to disrupt the site, infringe another person’s rights or process data you are not authorized to use.

Calculations and limitations

Outputs are estimates based on the inputs and formulas described in our guides. They are not financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. Results may omit taxes, fees, rounding effects and business-specific factors. Verify consequential decisions with appropriate records and qualified advice.

Optional Subtitle Batch Desk desktop edition

The free online preview supports up to three files per batch. The optional desktop edition is a one-time digital download, with the final price and applicable taxes shown at the linked Gumroad checkout. Extract the downloaded ZIP and open the HTML file in a supported current desktop browser. The desktop edition supports up to 100 basic UTF-8 SRT or WebVTT files per batch, 2 MB per file and 20 MB total.

The product converts formats and applies one timing shift to a batch. It does not translate, transcribe, extract video, provide cloud storage or include a subscription. Check exported captions in your editor and retain the originals. Purchase, delivery and refund information is shown at checkout; contact us if you have difficulty using the download.

AI subtitle translation pack

The AI subtitle translation pack is a one-time US$5 purchase, separate from the offline desktop edition. The displayed free fixed sample is pre-translated and makes no AI request. Each pack includes 10 translation attempts, one target language per attempt, up to 3 files, 6,000 text characters and 100 cues per batch. A verified attempt is reserved before contacting the AI service; failures or interruptions may consume an attempt. Contact support for a replacement. Final price, applicable taxes and purchase information are shown at Gumroad checkout. A pack is tied to its purchase license; sharing the license shares its remaining attempts. No subscription is included.

AI output requires human review. Original cue times are retained, but accuracy, reading speed and suitability are not guaranteed. No translation of audio, transcription, dubbing or automatic posting is included.

Availability and responsibility

We aim for useful, accurate tools but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free results. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties. Nothing here limits rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be limited.
