A quote you can explain
Quote = max(audience value, production floor) × (1 + usage % + exclusivity %) × deliverablesAudience value is expected views divided by 1,000, multiplied by your chosen sponsorship CPM. The production floor is your work hours times your hourly rate, plus expenses. The higher amount becomes the base; the tool does not add both and count the same work twice.
A worked example
For 25,000 views at a CPM of 30, audience value is 750. Eight hours at 60 plus 100 in costs gives a floor of 580. A 25% usage fee makes the quote 937.50 for one deliverable.

Where does the CPM come from?
You choose it. Use previous comparable deals, audience fit, conversion evidence and negotiations. The default is an example, not an industry average.
How are usage rights calculated?
The percentage is a one-time add-on to the base for whatever duration, territory and channels you agree. The tool does not automatically price a month or a perpetual license.
What about a bundle with different deliverables?
Calculate each type separately and combine the exported quotes. The deliverable multiplier here assumes the same scope, reach and costs for each item.
Are taxes and contract terms included?
No. State taxes, payment milestones, revisions, cancellation, disclosure and usage terms in your actual agreement. This calculation is not a contract.
