A batch, not a new upload routine.

Select SRT and WebVTT files together. Choose one output format and one timing shift for the batch. Download individual results or a single ZIP containing the converted files and a CSV report. Invalid files are identified individually; valid files still export.

Who is it for?

Video editors preparing caption deliverables, course creators with multiple lessons, and publishers converting a library of existing subtitles. Group files that need the same output format and timing offset.

What you receive

The desktop edition is a self-contained HTML file. Download it, extract the ZIP and open Subtitle-Batch-Desk.html in a current desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser. No installation, account, network connection or API key is required to process files.

Know the limits before buying.

This changes file format and timing, not language. It does not transcribe audio, translate captions, extract video or edit text. Files must be UTF-8 and contain basic cues. WebVTT styles, notes, regions and positioning settings are rejected. Cue markup is retained but may render differently in your editor.

Negative shifts before zero are rejected. One shift applies to every file. File names receive numeric prefixes to avoid collisions. Keep your originals and check exported captions in your editor.

The offline edition supports up to 100 files per batch, 2 MB per file and 20 MB total. Desktop browsers are the supported workflow; local HTML operation on phones is not guaranteed. No cloud sync, DRM or subscription is included.

Before you buy

What is different from the free tool?

The free online preview converts up to 3 files per batch. The purchased self-contained HTML tool handles up to 100 and runs offline. Both include format conversion, fixed timing shifts, ZIP export and a CSV report.

How do I start after purchase?

Download the ZIP from Gumroad, extract it, then open Subtitle-Batch-Desk.html in a current desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari browser. The quick-start guide is included. No installer or API key is required.

Can I process client subtitle files?

Yes, the license permits personal and internal business use, including processing client captions. Redistribution or resale of the software is not permitted. Subtitle contents are processed locally.

Will it translate or generate captions?

No. Use it for existing basic UTF-8 SRT or VTT files. It converts format and applies a fixed timing shift; it does not translate, transcribe, extract video subtitles or repair progressive timing drift.
