1–3 basic UTF-8 SRT/VTT files · 40 KB each · 6,000 text characters and 100 cues total. Plain text only; cue markup, styles and positioning are not supported.

A desktop-edition purchase does not include AI translation. The translation pack will include 10 attempts, one target language per attempt. Each attempt can process up to 3 files within the limits above.

Unlike our local format converter, live AI translation sends subtitle contents to our server and cue text to OpenAI. File names stay in your browser; original timings are processed by our server and are not sent to AI. We do not store subtitle content in an application database. See Privacy.

What stays unchanged
Original start and end times are rebuilt by the program, not generated by AI. Every translated cue must match an original cue. If the returned structure is invalid, no subtitle export is produced.
What needs review
AI can mistranslate names, jokes, specialist terms and meaning. Timings are retained, but longer translations can be difficult to read in the available time. Check wording, line breaks and playback in your editor. No transcription, dubbing or automatic publishing is included.
Understand translation attempts
One attempt is reserved after the purchase is verified and before the AI call. An interrupted or failed AI request may use an attempt. The page will tell you when this happens. Contact support for a replacement; do not repeatedly retry. Download successful results while the page is open. There is no server-side result recovery.
Translation sales remain closed until checkout, delivery, license verification and live AI processing have been tested together.
